Please click on the links below to access the correct form for your competition. Closing date is Sunday April 23rd. Completed forms may be taken to Back Yard, Moynehall along with appropriate fee where a Dedicated Fleadh Entry table will be in place between 12.30 and 1.30pm on each of the following Sundays during April:
- Sunday April 2nd
- Sunday April 9th &
- Sunday April 23rd.
Please note if you have a number of people within the family who are entering solo competitions, you must complete one form per person within the family.
