Sat 7 th Sept Jacks Keyes Gradam award day in CCE HQ Monkstown Dublin. This presentation to Jack Keyes is part of an overall event in Comhaltas Headquarters; the “TionolLeo Rowsome” event
There are 2 events at CCE HQ, that day, which our branch has been asked to perform at
The 2pm session is an open session to any musician not just the Cavan Branch musicians
Jack’s concert there is a 25 minutes slot where the Cavan town branch can perform as part of it.
The main event is the performance hall which is invitation only. The parents will not be able to attend this space, but should able to view the performance from the gallery. Although there is food for the invitees of the event, the branch will organise and pay for food for our performers and their parents in a specifically dedicated space. The performers will be feed before the second event.
The Branch will provide free bus for musician / singer and accompanying parent, which will arrive in time for the 2pm event leaving after the conclusion of the 8:30 event, which is estimated to be 11:30pm.
Each child needs to be accompanied by a parent
This opportunity to perform is open to all members of the Branch and we do acknowledge it is a long day. Some parents may decide to travel separately, especially those with younger children for the 2pm event. Can those parents also let the branch know of their intentions

The feedback will decide whether the branch has the numbers to perform a suitable show for the Jack Keyes part. But everyone can play the 2 pm session
